Christoph Löslein is the founder of Board Advisors and an entrepreneur. At the age of 19, he joined an IT startup company where he quickly took on management roles. He was instrumental in market development and product strategy, which led to a number of awards. In the years up to 1993 he held the position of Marketing and Sales Director and was responsible for an annual turnover of €40 million.

In 1993, he co-founded DICOM in Germany and DICOM Group plc (Kofax plc since 2008), a leading business process automation software provider, which was sold to Lexmark for US$1 billion. As Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors of DICOM Group plc, he was initially responsible for building the European organization and later for Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Communications globally. Christoph was instrumental in DICOM’s IPO in London in 1996 and a number of acquisitions, including the acquisition and financing of a NASDAQ-listed software company (€100 million).

In 2005, he founded Board Advisors AG, a Swiss management consulting firm with the objective of providing software entrepreneurs, their owners and management boards with customized consulting services in the areas of strategy and M&A.

The clients served by Christoph come from the following sectors: IT Software/SaaS and Services, IT Hardware, E-Commerce, Clean Technology and Private Equity.

Christoph is a member of the supervisory boards of Freicon Holding AG (chair), Pyramid AG and Continum AG.

He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Cambridge, USA.
